Bob Dole points out that Obama seems to be afraid to be President and that a real president like Reagan would send a bill to congress and tell them to get it done.
Now all of the sudden Obama is thinking that maybe he might possibly write his own bill at some point? in the not too distant future….potentially….not for sure yet, but kinda floating the idea out there.
