Base on report conducted by U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 20% men and women in USA that smoking. From 20% that smoke, 80% light up cigarette daily.

To quit smoking need desire to give up your smoking habit and maintain in quiting smoking forever.

Here I will list the step that hope can helping you to quit smoking :

1 . Think about Stop Smoking untill you have desire to do that.

2. List down the effect of smoking on the paper and read what you list it everyday

3. Smoking also like addicted to drug because of the small amount nicotine that cigarette consist. So, get some stop smoking aids

4. Don’t make a big change in the short time. Example, if you smoke 20 of cigarette on daily basis then cut to 19,18,17…… until you reach 0.

5. When stop, maintain to stop. Most of ex-smoker will start to smoke back after successfully quit smoking for several month.

6. Through out all the cigarette brand and product.
